The Mystery Of Floating Eye Island
A few years ago a strange island was spotted in the northern part of Argentina, which was unintentionally discovered by a filmmaker. In 2016, Argentine filmmaker Sergio Neuspiller while searching for a location to shoot a horror film about extra-terrestrials and supernatural beings, stumbled upon a very unusual place, which was actually an island in the shape of an eye. When you look at this island from the sky, it will look like a perfectly round circular shape, but having such a perfectly round island is such an excellent coincidence of nature. The shape this island had, earned it the name "The Eye".
This small islet is located in the Parana Delta marshes of Northeast Argentina, between the cities of Campana and Zarate, just outside of Buenos Aires. The Eye isn't like one of those regular, everyday islands that are attached to the floor beneath a body of water, rather it appears to be quite different. The island literally floats and continuously rotates around its axis. According to scientists, this peculiar activity is attributed to the presence of large natural wells that generate streams of water capable of moving the island.
Seeing the nearly perfect circular dimensions of the island and the body of water it floats on, Neuspiller doubted it to be a natural formation. According to Neuspiller, the island 'The Eye' is a thin strip of land that seems like a perfect circle surrounded by a shallow surface of water. The island is 118 meters in diameter and sits on a pond of water. But what is particularly mysterious about this island is that it lies directly in the center of a mysterious lake that has been the site of numerous paranormal stories and UFO sightings. Many people's theories say that it is an artificial island, made by aliens and earlier it was an alien base.
Many questions emerged after the discovery of this island like this location had never been visited by humans, then how and why was it made and what purpose does it serve? How long has it been there, and how does it maintain its shape? These are all such questions that have still remained unanswered.
