You must have heard a lot about Padmanabhaswamy Temple, which is one of the richest temples in the world and also counted as one of the most mysterious temples in Indian history. It is a Hindu temple in Thiruvananthapuram, the state capital of Kerala, known primarily for its secret door. Although the temple is famous for its beauty and grandeur, but most prominently it is known for its mysterious vault. The temple comprises several doors which have been opened and inside each door, a lot of treasure has been found including jewelry and ancient coins from different periods.
Among these doors, one such door is present in the temple that has now been named in the court's language as vault B, which is also called the Kallara door. This door with two slides is considered very mysterious, on which two huge snakes are made facing each other, with the face of a Yakshi on top, indicating danger to whoever tries to open it.
These chambers were opened under the supervision of the Supreme Court, in which diamonds and jewelry worth Rs 1 lakh crore were found. But as soon as the team started opening the seventh door of Vault-B, the work was stopped after seeing the serpent imagery made on the door. Vault B is believed to be guarded by nagas and other supernatural deities. They are considered the guardian of the vault, and it is said that anyone who attempts to open the door will invite many troubles for him.

According to legend, once while searching for the treasure, some people tried to open the 7th door, but it is said that everyone died due to the bite of poisonous snakes. It is believed that this door can be opened only by chanting some mantras, and if it is opened in any other way, the temple can be destroyed, leading to a catastrophe.
The main feature of this door is that it doesn't have any lock and even no keyhole, which can be opened by inserting the key. For some reason, the supreme court has prohibited opening this door for years. Many people believe that there is immense wealth in it, if it opens then no person in India will remain poor. But some also believe that if ever this door gets opened, many calamities will occur in the country, especially in this state.

It is said that there is gold worth two lakh crores in the treasury of this temple. But according to historians, in reality, its estimated amount will be ten times more than this. In this treasure, there are many precious things like expensive gold-silver chains, diamonds, emeralds, rubies, other precious stones, gold idols, and rubies, whose real value is very difficult to estimate.
To date, whenever any attempt has been made to break or push this door, several tragical incidents have occurred around that place, which is mentioned in historical evidence and writings. It has even been claimed that if someone tries to listen by putting his ears on the door, they would hear the loud sound of ocean waves from behind the door.
