The universe has been a matter of discussion for us since its inception. Because the amount of knowledge, we have about the universe today is still nothing much. Many years ago, people's thinking about the universe was quite different, but after the advent of science, as if some old things have been locked. As in olden times, people used to say that all the stars in the sky are as small as grains of sand. But ever since science took the help of telescopes, we realized that those stars are not like grains of sand but are as big as our planet Earth and even bigger planets exist in this universe. Even today we are trying our best to learn more about the universe and in this process, we've uncovered some great knowledge that was previously out of reach, one of which is about wormholes. But none of us have ever seen a wormhole because it is just a hypothetical concept that only we have guessed.
A wormhole is such a hole or tunnel in the universe that can exist anywhere and probably a wormhole would exist in your room as well. Simply put, a wormhole is a short path that connects two different regions in space. Here two regions do not mean any close place, but there should be a distance of millions of light years between them. But the problem is that these wormholes are very small in size, but when you zoom in on anything, no matter what it is, if you enter the zoomed scale, there probably exists a smaller wormhole as well. The main feature of a wormhole is that if you somehow enter inside it, you can reach another time zone. Yes, it connects two regions in spacetime, which sounds quite interesting. Now wormholes are allegedly of small size but here we are talking about a bigger wormhole.
The wormhole is also called the Einstein-Rosen bridge but again, it is just a hypothetical structure. But researchers have predicted that a wormhole can connect two regions existing billions of light-years away in just a second. But one problem is that if a scientist ever finds a wormhole and enters inside it, where will he go and at what time, no calculation or formula has been invented for this either. It can take you to any time, because if theoretically, you enter inside a wormhole, you may arrive in any year like 1554 or 1469. In such a situation, it can also be said that with the help of a wormhole, we can also travel in time and this will be possible only when we find out the wormhole. Because through wormholes we can easily cross the path of millions of light years.
