Tales of Fairies are heard in folklore across the world and their sightings have also been reported in almost every civilization. This type of creature also exists in Russian folklore, where it is called Vila. The Greek historian Procopius saw Vila in a forest, and hence, named it "Forest Nymph". Vila (fairy) looks like a beautiful young girl with attractive eyes and long blonde hair. They are often seen in white clothes and have two wings.
Margarita, who lives in Siberia is a fairy researcher, who didn't believe in these creatures earlier, but when she encountered a fairy, she decided to do research on them. Describing her experience, Margarita tells that in the year 1980 it was winter season, and there was snow all around. In the afternoon she decided to go for walk as usual, but this time she wanted to walk inside the forest. The forest was very beautiful and Margarita was moving forward enjoying the view all around. But suddenly reaching a place, she started feeling as if someone is watching her. At first, she looked around and saw no one there. So she continued walking, but when she turned back after walking some distance, a little woman with two wings was flying in the air.
Margarita was shocked to see her because she had never seen such a creature before. Margarita explains that the creature was hovering in the air at one point and was watching her as if she had entered into its territory. Margarita felt that she should leave the spot instantly. So, she immediately apologized to the creature and returned from the forest. Later, while researching, she gathered some information about the fairies and understood that the fairy wanted to befriend her.
