Due to an energetic explosive cosmic event in 2006, we could know about such a cosmic object that was the opposite of a black hole, known as a white hole. In fact, it was a cosmic object that has been suspected to exist in the universe since Albert Einstein's theory of relativity. But a gamma-ray burst that occurred in 2006 showed us the possibility of its existence in space by proving it to be true. But still, there are many scientists who denied its existence, as they said, it is not possible. According to them, the white hole is just a hypothetical theory that does not obey the laws of thermodynamics. So now the question is if it wasn't the white hole that scientists discovered in 2006, then what exactly was it, and is the White Hole really just a hypothetical object?
Well, a white hole is considered to be the strangest and brightest object in the universe, in which things are not pulled inwards, but are thrown outwards rapidly. If defined in simple words, the white hole is the reverse of a black hole, that is, a twin cosmic brother. In fact, as much as it is important to have a black hole in the universe, it is equally important to have a white hole in the universe to balance things out. But it is not us who are saying this, as Stephen Hawking put these words in his book "The Theory Of Everything", i.e, a clear view of the world through Stephen's mind.

According to his theory, "everything exists with its equal and opposite". Meaning every possible object in the universe has an equal and opposite present. For example, look at Newton's third law in physics, male and female in the earthly world or in the concept of evolution, hot and cold, matter and antimatter, and even yin and yang in spirituality. As you can see, there is an equal and opposite of everything in this world and so one of the logic behind this is if there could be black holes then their opposite white holes would possibly be there.

Now that we already knew a lot about black holes as we got their pictures as well, but on the other hand, we were totally unaware of white holes and had no pictures of them, which raised many questions in the minds of scientists as to how white holes would look like and form. So when the scientists were looking for the answer to these questions, they thought why not study the black hole thoroughly and reverse all its properties, then maybe we will get all the secrets of the white hole. And all done, this is how the idea of a white hole came into existence.
