Usually, a normal man spends one-third of his life in the act of sleeping. After a busy day, most of the chances remain that the person gets immersed in the worry of the next day's work and if he does not sleep properly at night, then the work of the next day is also affected somewhere. Imagine if you are working continuously day and night without sleeping and are trying to complete your tasks very fast by saving the time wasted in sleeping. Wouldn't it be nice, if you finish your tasks within the stipulated time frame? We all know what happens to us when we don't get enough sleep, but what if we just skip one month of sleep.

Actually, what usually happens during sleep is that our body secretes hormones to replace old cells and repair tissues. If we keep working throughout the day, then we will need an adequate amount of sleep to work with full energy the next day, but if we skip our sleep completely then it will start having a profound effect on our brain as our mental function and mood will significantly decline. After 24 hours we will start forgetting what we were doing, as our concentration level will drop and after two days our body will stop doing its regular work due to lack of energy. On the third day, due to the gradual loss of control of our brain, a state of confusion will start to arise. And on the fourth day, our immune system will become so weak that we can even die of normal fever.
Within the first three days, you will start having hallucinations, that is, you will begin to experience the apparent perception of something that is not actually present. Your stress level and hormones will become imbalanced. You will start to feel very dizzy and will fall ill, and then after a few days your immune system will start to weaken, but along with this, your organs will also start getting seriously affected. Also, there will be an elevated risk of heart failure. So overall the sleep cycle is very important in our life because the less you sleep, the more your health will deteriorate. So take your pillow with you and take a nap and at the same time make sure that you are getting 6 to 8 hours of sleep every day.
