Everyone Has Their Own Private Plane In This Village | A Village Where Everyone Owns A Plane

Do you know that there is such a village where every house has its own personal plane, yes, we are not talking about any bike or car, but about a plane? The place we are talking about today is so advanced in a sense, where traveling in a plane is so common that people have kept their own plane. It might be a very common thing for the people here to perform any task that seems almost impossible for ordinary people like picking up the key, starting the plane, and returning home after completing the work in a few minutes.

Here, the planes are treated the same way as people usually treat their cars. Even the houses built in this village are designed in a similar way so that their planes can be easily parked outside their homes. You can also guess what the atmosphere of this village must have been like, as on the road where vehicles are usually seen running, airplanes are also running on the same road.

Actually, this village is located in the US, where you will find a private plane parked outside every house. This village is in Florida, named Spruce Creek, also known as Residential Airpark. In fact, there are about 1300 houses in this village, and interestingly more than half the people living here are pilots and those who are not, are very fond of traveling by plane. This might be the reason that a private plane is visible outside every house here. 

According to reports, Spruce Creek is home to 5,000 people and 1,300 houses, where about 700 houses have hangars. But if you are not aware of the word hanger, then let us tell you that the hangar is a large building with an extensive floor area, typically for housing aircraft. Interestingly, instead of building garages for cars, here people usually build hangars where their planes can be easily parked. Also, a runway has been built at some distance in the village, from where the flight takes off.

Being a pilot by profession for most of the people here makes it a very common thing to have a plane in every house. In addition, there are doctors and, lawyers too, but it doesn't mean that they do not have planes, they are also fond of keeping planes. The natives here are so much attached to the planes that they gather on the runway of their village every Saturday morning and visit the local airport together. There they love to have breakfast together and this custom is known there as of Saturday Morning Gaggle.

However, let us make you aware that Spruce Creek is not the only place in America where such private planes are in abundance. Actually, there are many such village communities in Arizona, Colorado, and Texas that have a large number of fly-in communities, that is, many people have their own planes. Well, these unique and hi-tech areas are related to the second world war and since then, these strategic areas developed in a slightly different way. There are over 600 fly-in communities, with Spruce Creek being the largest. Since most of the people here have their own planes, this village usually remains in the headlines.
