Netflix released this movie in 2017 and the best part about this movie was that it was based on true incidents from the 1991 Vallecas case, where a young girl died mysteriously after she used an ouija board. The Vallecas case is one of the most famous cases of paranormal phenomena in Spain. The movie is originally directed by Paco Plaza and produced by Netflix. According to Netflix, this movie was so scary that only one person out of 100 was able to watch it completely, with many having to turn it off halfway because of its terrifying potential. It has also been warned that a person with a weak heart may even die while watching this film. What makes "Veronica" so horrifying, is that it's based on a true story.
