Who has the courage to even think of putting a hand in a beehive, now if no one ever dares to touch the hive, then putting a mouth in the hive is the hardest thing to do? But in spite of this terrible fear, there is someone who puts his mouth fearlessly in the hive and that someone is such a hawk-like bird that eats the larvae of the bees and the honey very comfortably by putting their mouth in the beehive and the name of that bird is Honey Buzzard. The honey-buzzard preys primarily on the larvae of bees, hornets, and wasps, and while having its meal from the honeycomb, it often eats honey as well as some comb pieces.

But sometimes if the bees' nest is found inside a tree cavity, it starts digging out the honeycombs to take out the larvae as well as the adults. On the other way, when the nest is sometimes suspended from a tree branch, it would try to grasp the hive and make efforts to fly off with it, but somewhere if the hive fell down from the branch, it will start having its meal even on the ground.
