The phantom girl who snapped in series of photos taken 100 years ago in Russia

Many of you may have seen many such videos and photos where a paranormal activity or paranormal entity has been captured accidentally on the camera. Today we are going to talk about an incident which is based on the same fact and which is very strange and scary indeed. This incident, which took place at the beginning of the 20th century, attracted the attention of many experts and paranormal researchers, but the real reasons for this have not been ascertained to date. No one has been able to find out how suddenly a picture of a girl started appearing in different photographs taken in different parts of Russia.

About 110 years ago, photographing was a new trend in the early 20th century, as the wealthy people of that time used to take photographs for their enjoyment purposes. At the same time, the trend of photography was increasing rapidly in the Russian empire. People of that time used to take photographs of famous buildings and tourist spots of their cities and then sold them for use in postcards and posters. In the Russian empire too, this trend grew very quickly and many photos of that time started being used in the same way. For a long time, buying and selling of these photographs continued in the same way, but between 1970–75 researchers discovered a very strange similarity in these photographs. A blurry figure appeared to researchers in about 24 photographs taken at historic places in different parts of Russia. When these photographs were converted into high-quality images by modern technology, they found that this blurred figure is actually of a girl whose age is estimated to be 10 years and she appears in the same clothes in every photo.

Scary and angry expressions on her face, distinctive trademark boater-style hat, umbrella in hands, and light-colored cape with a darker dress underneath, no one has the answer to the question of who is this girl? The girl seems to belong from a wealthy family due to her dressing sense, but to date, no person has come forward who can reveal anything about the identity of this girl. An even bigger question is, how did this girl standing in the same position in these photographs, taken at different times by different people at different places during a long period of the 20th century? And why has no one seen the figure of this girl for so many years? When the researchers did deep research on this incident, it was found that on some negatives of these photographs, the figure of this girl has emerged but on some negatives, no such figure appears. At that time there was no technique to edit the photographs or make any changes in them, so the possibility of someone tampering with these photos is equally unlikely.

Another strange thing was also found in this whole scenario that information about who took many of these photos has not been found to date. During that time, photographers used to mark their name or letters of their name on all the photographs so that it can be found out who is the person who took this photo. But the absence of a photographer's name on any of the photos of this unknown girl is an unusual thing, which makes these photos even more mysterious. In some photos, this girl is clearly visible, but in most photographs, after looking very carefully, you can feel the impression of its existence. From the expressions of the people seen in these photos, it seems that they were completely unaware of the presence of this girl at that time. Staring at the camera in every photo of her, this girl looks really scary and mysterious, the truth of which has not been ascertained to date. Many researchers have given their different theories, explaining the reason for the presence of this girl, but none has completely solved this mystery. These photographs are still kept in Krasnoyarsk Regional Museum of Local Lore, Russia, where these photos can be seen directly.

For the purpose of identifying this girl, "The Siberian Times" took out many commercials, but to date, no person has come forward who can give information about this girl or the photographer who took these photos. After all, who was this girl, and how was she seen in these photos taken between 1916 and 1919. Was it a deliberate conspiracy to create a sensation or is it a spirit that has camped in historic buildings and is often captured on camera? No one has the answer yet.
