Many times there are such things happens around us that we overlook and ignore, but today a very painful incident emerged in the country which has embarrassed the entire humanity and we cannot ignore it. Although this incident happened a week ago, but social media has contributed a lot in spreading this news to the public, due to which this news became a mission and is also being shown on many news channels. This terrible incident is of Kerala, called god's own country, where a pregnant elephant came to the human settlement in searching for food, humans gave her food but filled firecrackers in that. And when the elephant ate that fruit (pineapple), the fruit exploded in her mouth, and what happened then, you can imagine. A person can be so ruthless and can go to such an extent of cruelty, this is the living proof of that. Standing almost completely submerged in Kerala's Velliyar River, this elephant was suffering from the pain she got for trusting a human being. This injured animal spent about three days in the water with that unendurable pain, she stood in this river for three days without eating anything and then died in this river. But the biggest concern was that when she died, she was carrying a baby elephant in her womb who was about to be born after a few months.

The story of cruelty with this elephant is embarrassing to humanity, when she was wandering in the forest looking for food, then some people fed her a pineapple filled with firecrackers. The firecrackers exploded in her mouth, in which she was badly injured, according to the forest department, she was badly suffering from intolerable pain but still, she did not harm any person and when the pain could not be tolerated, she silently came in this river. She stood up by putting her mouth and trunk in the water, perhaps she felt that by doing this she might get some relief and stop flies to sit on her wound. Due to injury in the mouth, the elephant could not eat anything, resulting in a lack of strength. The forest department team arrived with two elephants to take her out of the water, but she did not let anyone come closer. Several hours of efforts by the forest department went in vain and finally, the life of the elephant standing in the water came to an end. No human may have understood this pain, but other elephants standing nearby could understand this pain very well. Because for almost two minutes, an elephant standing closer to her kept trying to wake her up and after that, the Forest Department team took that dead elephant out of the water and cremated her. The body was moved in a tractor to the forest where a postmortem was conducted and then she was cremated inside the forest.
The area where this dangerous act was executed is a kind of area where humans and wild animals often encounter each other. Here, humans usually use these firecrackers to drive them away, but how can one be so cruel that can feed an animal with firecrackers, it seems very violent. She was hungry, so she came out of the forest, but after eating the explosive fruit, her body started getting burning from inside. During that time, she could bring destruction in that place, but she went straight into the river without harming anyone. She showed no anger, otherwise, so many people would have died. Despite being an animal she taught humans a great lesson about what is the actual use of human life, but the people who fed her an explosive fruit lost their right to be called humans and all this happened in God's own country, Kerala.
