If you belong to India, then there is no need to tell you about Jatayu, because everyone knows about it. In the history of India, Jatayu is not only a bird but also a very important character of Ramayana. In Ramayana, Jatayu is not considered as an ordinary bird but has given the importance of a divine bird. According to a story, Jatayu rock (Jatayupara) is the place where the mythological giant eagle bird 'Jatayu' fell after its wings were slain by Ravana, and this story is familiar to almost every person of India. Therefore in honor of this historical place, the world’s largest bird sculpture has been built here. This amazing place has been given a name, Jatayu Earth’s Center which is also known as Jatayu Nature Park. Jatayu Nature Park is located in Chadayamangalam in the Kollam district of Kerala. Here, the statue of bird Jatayu is 200 feet long, 151 feet wide, 70 feet high and is positioned right at the top of a rock situated 1,000 feet above sea level and is spread over 65 acres.

Designed by Rajiv Anchal, Jatayu Nature Park is built on the same place, wherein during the Treta Yuga, Mata Sita was abducted, and divine bird Jatayu had fallen down while fighting Ravana. Jatayu Earth’s Center pays tribute to the noble dedication to women’s safety because Jatayu is known for loyalty and protection, and the sculpture itself has been dedicated to the safety of women. The adventures and entertainment in this park have been adjusted beautifully with great artistry. It took almost 7 years to build this grand and huge park, and about 100 crores of rupees were spent in the completion of this park. Along with Jatayu's sculpture, this park also has a digital museum and a 6D theater which gives us the feel of Jatayu fighting with Ravana to save Mata Sita, through which the tourists will know the story of Jatayu.

Tourists can also enjoy the adventure zone of this huge nature park which provides over 20 different games such as Archery and Riffle shooting, laser tag, Rappelling, wall climbing, Chimney Climbing, and Vertical ladder. It also includes cable cars so that the tourists can see the beauty of this entire area. It also has an Ayurvedic and Siddha cave resort that offers traditional Kerala Ayurvedic treatments and massages, here the tourists are treated with Ayurveda and Siddha methodology. There are a variety of health packages available for the tourists in the resort.
