Do not be discouraged, be courageous

One day a farmer's donkey fell into the well. The donkey was crying loudly and the farmer kept listening and kept thinking that what he should do and what he should not do. Finally, he decided that the donkey had become very old, there would be no benefit from saving it, so he should bury him in the well. The farmer called all his neighbors for help. Everyone caught one shovel and started putting the clay in the well. As soon as the donkey came to understand what was happening, he started crying more loudly. And then suddenly he became surprisingly calm. Everyone kept quietly putting the clay in the well. But when the farmer looked in the well then he was shocked. With the clay of every shovel falling on its back, the donkey was doing a wonderful job. He was shaking the clay and throwing it down and then he was rising up using that clay as a stairs. As the farmer and his neighbors dropped the clay from the shovels on it, he throw the clay down and climbed up a ladder. Donkey continued this process till he reached the edge of the well. Soon the donkey was reached at the edge of the well and then jumped out and ran away. All the people there were surprised to see this.

In the same way too much clay will be thrown in your life and a lot of dirt will fall on you. For example, to prevent you from proceeding, you will be criticized uselessly, someone will criticize you for your success due to jealousy, someone will follow such path to defeat you which will be against your ideals. In such a situation, you should not be discouraged and do not keep yourself under the dirt, but with courage you have to throw away every kind of filth and learn from it and make it a step by step, without sacrificing your ideals, move your steps forward.
