There are things which happen in step-by-step in life, which create irritability or anger within the person but it is very important to learn to control your anger. If we can not control our anger then there will be our own loss in it. Anger is the biggest obstacle for our mental peace. In the office we often express anger at our boss and colleagues. Many times the reasons present in the house also make the person angry. As someone in the family did not pay the bill and now you have trouble for that. Someone has broken or spoiled your favorite thing and it seems to cause headache due to arguments with the children. In fact, such situations continue to occur in life when a person expresses irritability or anger. The only way to deal with anger is to stay calm in whatever situation is happening. Whenever a problem arises in the home, office or on the way, we do not have to respond in anger. We have to see what we can do to solve that problem. If we want to take initiative, then we can remove those things which cause anger. When we try to find a solution to things in anger and things are not right then our anger increases. This anger destroys our conscience. There is also a time when the person loses control over himself, and says something like this, that causes harm to others and himself as well. Anger increases our blood pressure. Anger spoils our relationship with others and also disrupts the balance of hormones in our body. But even in this situation, if we remain calm and peaceful, then we can easily solve the problem. When we bring our anger under control then we see the right way and find a more effective solution. We can solve the problem with more energy.
