Do not think about your weaknesses, just celebrate your strengths. Everyone has a weakness but in spite of that there should be a focus on doing better. Whether your role is small or big, do it with heart and you will find that you will get appreciation even on a small place. Nowadays people think that if I achieve what I want, then I will be happy. But as long as people gain something what they want, they become dissatisfied again. Actually, if a person finds the reason for his dissatisfaction, he will find that he compares himself with others, and that is why he feels discontent. When a person does not see how beautiful things he has and he is lucky, then he get sad. He needs to celebrate happiness instead of sadness because there are many things in him that gives him a chance to feel good. Once a man went to a spiritually awakened person. The people who were coming to that person, were bowing their heads at his feet. By seeing this, the man felt that this man (spiritually awakened person) has great importance and how small he is as compared to him. He (spiritually awakened person) knew that the man is finding himself weak in his own eyes. He (spiritually awakened person) called that man and said that look at that moon, how far it is from the earth and how wonderful shining light it is giving to the world. On the other hand, he pointed towards a rose and said that now look at this rose, it is on the earth and how small is its existence as compared to the moon but still it is doing its job. This rose is giving us fragrance, which is attracting everyone. Both have their own importance. It means that no work is small or big, every work has its own importance. Everyone has their own strengths. Comparison is never ending in life. You can also get success without comparing with others. Those who grow towards success, without any comparison, can see the beauty of life.
