One day there was a lecture on psychology in a classroom. That day a new teacher came in the class. After mutual introduction the teacher started teaching the students. All the students were listening to the things very carefully, which the teacher was teaching. After some time, the teacher picked up the glass of water which was kept on the table. The students started thinking that now the teacher will teach them a lesson of half-glass filled and half empty. But the teacher asked, students, can you tell me the weight of the glass which i have in my hand? Students began to respond according to their estimation. Someone told weighing of 50 grams and someone told weighing of 100 grams. After listening to the students response, the teacher said, well, whatever the weight of this glass does not matter. What matters is how long I can keep it in my hands. If I pick it up from 5 to 10 minutes, then it will not affect me. But if I keep it for 1 hour continuously then my hand will start to feel pain. Likewise, if I continue to raise it in a similar fashion throughout the day, my hand will definitely feel numb, which will make me suffer a lot.
The students also agreed to the teacher's suggestion. The teacher further said that we also have problems in the same way. If I worry about a little problem for some time then this will not burden me much, but if I keep worrying about it for long time, then my stress will increase. Maybe I can become a victim of depression. So it is better that the problems should not be given unnecessary importance. According to the problem we should find the solution as soon as possible. Do not let your problems stay in your mind for long time and do not take too much stress about them. It can also have a bad effect on health. So always be calm, whether the problem is big or small. Because if your mind is calm you can find the solution of every problem in your life.
